Bubbakoo’s appoints Christopher Ives CFO


Bubbakoo Burritos has announced Christopher Ives as CFO. Ives was previously vice president of finance and development for the Mexican franchise American-Fusion.

Ives started his career in public accounting at EY before moving into the franchise world which he helped launch Frutta Bowls in 2017, where he served in many verticals of the company. In October 2019, Ives was appointed Vice President of Finance and Development of Bubbakoo’s Burritos, where he oversaw many aspects of financial operations, franchise development, technology strategies and nurtured his love of working with franchisees. . For him, the similarities between consulting and franchising are clear; relationships are essential, earning the respect of your partners is an absolute necessity in this business.
