Ken Ho joins Synovus as Chief Analysis Officer


COLOMB, Georgia – (COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Synovus Bank today announced the appointment of Ken Ho as the new Chief Analytics Officer, a newly created role to oversee the company’s execution of data science and advanced analytics to ” identify and implement opportunities that generate value in all business units. Ho will report to Liz Wolverton, Executive Vice President and Head of Consumer Banking and Brand Experience. He will oversee the Synovus analytics team, which is responsible for fully leveraging data and analytics to develop customer and prospect insights to drive customer acquisition and deepen customer relationships.

Ho brings to Synovus over 30 years of experience in data science and advanced analytics. He most recently served as Vice President and Director of Analytics and Data Science for United Government Healthcare Programs. Prior to United Health Care, he led data and analytics efforts at Citibank and Morgan Stanley.
