Spotlight NY at Paramount in Huntington on Long Island has introduced a new food menu, just in time for summer. Digital Journal has the scoop.

This reporter tried the Caesar Fresco Salad, which features an arugula Caesar salad with herb croutons, topped with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. It was quite tasty and the starter par excellence.

Smashed Fries was a neat accompaniment (appetizer) to accompany the salad.
