Mr. Carlisi will increase the company’s focus on product sourcing and distribution in order to continue the rapid growth of the brand. He will focus on supplier partnerships, franchisee support and sales.

Prior to Performance Foodservice, Carlisi held several positions at Sysco Foods for 17 years. Carlisi is a veteran of the US Navy where he served from 1987 to 1991.
