Olivia Crawford, Head of Marketing and Franchise Development for the local community vulnerable adult home care provider, has been shortlisted for: Female Franchise Employee of the Year 2022, sponsored by Boddy Matthews and Young Female Franchise of the year 2022, sponsored by McDonalds.
Ms. Crawford joined the company at the age of 26, with no prior experience in the home care or franchise industry, and has already had a huge impact on the success of the business.

The mission of Encoraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) is to educate, inspire and empower more women to work in the sector and the annual awards celebrate the achievements of women in the franchise industry.
The winners will be announced at the ceremony which will take place in Bishopsgate, central London, on Thursday 30 June.
Announcing the news, EWiF said, “This year we had a record number of entries and the level was the highest in twelve years for the EWIF Awards, well done for reaching the final.”
Ms Crawford said: “First of all, I would like to congratulate everyone who has been shortlisted for such prestigious awards.
“Thank you very much to the EWiF for recognizing what I have achieved so far.
“Having left a career in finance and joined the homecare industry in 2020, I have been so touched by the strength and teamwork shown by the leadership of Bridgewater Home Care and the dedication of the staff carer to provide and deliver a vital service in our communities.
“The company is proud to be able to give back to the communities we serve.
“I developed the idea which focused on adding value for the franchise owner, providing efficient processes and systems and generating the best possible resources to facilitate a good work-life balance.”
Leading franchise development, Ms Crawford aims to bring in six new franchise partners by the end of 2022 and another 10 in 2023, providing a total of 200 territories available for purchase in the UK.
